Mindful Morning half day Retreat, Monday 20 April, Brittania Bay

Unwind with a mindful morning retreat that blends gentle movement with creative expression. We start with a short beach walk, then a meditative shell doodling workshop facilitated by Conscious Crafting and end with a calming yoga session led by Anél The Somatologist.
This event is designed to have you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and remember to be creative.
