Mindful Morning half day Retreat
Monday 20 April, Britannia Bay
With Anél The Somatologist and Conscious Crafting
We begin at the beach with a gentle arrival and check-in, followed by a mindful walk to collect shells. From there, we move to the venue where you will settle into a short guided meditation, holding your shell and bringing your attention to its shape, texture and detail. A brief journalling moment follows, allowing you to explore your observations before moving into the first part of the creative process. You will begin working directly onto your shell, building marks slowly and with intention.
After a tea or coffee break with a light snack, we return to continue the making process, deepening the patterns and marks in a calm and steady way. No experience is needed, the focus is on attention and process rather than outcome. We close with a gentle yoga flow, using slow, symbolic movement inspired by the sea, followed by an optional moment to share or reflect.
