Sweet Treats Workshop
This Self Care Workshop is particularly designed for young women and teens, who should be encouraged to incorporate self-care practices into their daily lives. The workshop consists of two sessions, each lasting 2 hours, in which participants will engage in guided meditation and hands-on crafting. All materials are provided.

Crafting Calm and Care
The workshop will incorporate a conscious theme of Self Care, which will be introduced with a guided meditation at the beginning of each session. This theme will be woven into the activities, encouraging participants to reflect on self-care through journaling and optional sharing at the end of the workshop. The meditation is intended to create a calm and introspective atmosphere, allowing participants to connect deeply with the theme of self-care.
hands-On healing
In the workshop, participants will learn how to use materials such as colourful air-dry clay, tins, paint, and patterned tissue paper for decoupage to create their own self-care tins.. They will explore techniques such as sculpting and painting. All conscious crafting workshops are suited for people with no creative experience or skills, and we encourage a positive attitude toward everyone’s work. This is not an art class; instead, participants will receive step-by-step guidance through the process and are encouraged to personalize their creations with their own insights and ideas.
A tin of Joy
At the end of the workshop, participants will have their own set of self-care lollipop sticks, stored in a beautifully crafted tin. Each stick will have a self-care activity written on it, offering participants a tangible way to incorporate relaxation and self-love into their routines.
