Embracing fluid Creativity
Participants trace the sacral chakra symbol in raised glue lines on canvas and let thinned acrylic in orange, gold and yellow flow into the spaces between them, exploring creativity as something with both a frame and the freedom to move. It combines well with chakra dance or yoga sessions working with the chakras.

Where Feeling Moves
The theme of creativity is introduced through a short guided meditation centred on the lower belly, where a soft orange light moves like gentle water. Participants then reflect through journalling on how they connect with their emotions and where flow appears in their creative life, with the option to share with the group.
Walls of Glue, Rivers of Paint
Participants transfer the symbol onto canvas and trace each line with a glue gun, so the raised lines form separate pockets. Acrylic paint is thinned to a pouring consistency and poured into one pocket at a time, then tilted so the colour settles on its own. The outside area is poured or finished with a brush. No previous experience is needed, each step is guided and participants choose and combine their own shades.
Never Poured the Same Twice
Each participant leaves with their own sacral chakra symbol on canvas. Because the paint moves differently every time, no two pieces are alike, a quiet reminder that creativity can be given a shape and still be free to find its own way.
This workshop is part of the full series of Chakra Art workshops. The next session is the Solar Plexus Chakra Workshop.
