Looking for something new, engaging, and creative for your tween’s party? Conscious Crafting offers a fun and imaginative experience that takes the hassle out of planning – we bring all the materials and guide the activities.

What to Expect

Each party is structured but relaxed – no pressure to follow exact instructions, just imaginative fun with high-quality materials and plenty of encouragement. There is a short guided mediation suited to kids to set the scene and some parties may include a little game or roleplay.

Themes and Activities

We offer a range of themed parties, each with its own magical touch. From painting galaxy jars and adding twinkling lights, decorating treasure chests and gold coins, or assembling fairy gardens, to gelli printing, tie-dye projects and dream catchers – there’s something for every birthday boy or girl. Timing and Setup

Our parties last 2 hours, with time afterward for cake and singing while we pack away. We arrive 30 minutes before the party starts to set up.

Group Sizes and Ages

We recommend groups of around 10 children, age range 8 to 12, although we’re happy to discuss flexibility based on the age and dynamic of your group.

Location Options

We can come to your home or arrange a venue for an additional fee (availability depends on the date and location). Terms and conditions apply.

What we Provide

We bring all the materials needed for the party, from paints and brushes to embellishments and decorations. We also provide themed party invitations that note children should wear clothes suitable for crafting (especially for activities like tie-dye or painting). Every child leaves with a small party favour or craft related to the theme.

Parents’ Role

Parties are drop-off events, but the host is requested stay and may need to lend a helping hand as there will be one facilitator present.

Up to 10 children – €200 (introduction price)
Additional venue hire (if needed) price on request

Please note we do not provide food or drinks, but gladly suggest theme related ideas. Hosts are responsible for any refreshments during and after the crafting session.
