The process

The lesson plan outlines the specifics for this workshop but in general follows the outline of a check in (encouraging late comers to settle quickly), a guided meditation, a short journalling session, the creative process with different steps and a reflection or sharing at the end to solidify the insights gained. This workshop is a single session only, but requires the organiser to keep the fish to dry and assemble as art piece on a wall.
