I am connected to the divine and my higher self
I am open to spiritual guidance and embrace
the oneness of all life

A spacious meditation for the crown chakra, opening at the top of the head where a luminous violet-white light gently pulses. A thousand-petalled lotus blooms above you, pouring serenity down through your whole being and leaving a deep sense of peace, spiritual connection and oneness with all life.
