Participant-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 1 week before the event: Full refund or voucher
• 24 hours to 1 week before the event: Voucher for future use.
• Less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: No refund or voucher.

Cancellations by Conscious Crafting

A full refund or a replacement voucher will be provided if we cancel due to low interest or unforeseen circumstances.
